1-Bedroom homes are 677 square feet, 2-Bedrooms are 1,033 square feet and 3-Bedrooms are 1,225 square feet. Each home features an open floor plan, 10’ ceilings and large windows that let in lots of natural light.

Is there an HOA?

No, there is not an HOA. However, we will ask each of our valued residents in our Twill Homes communities to follow the common-sense community rules set forth in the lease agreement.

Are there garages?

Yes, there are detached garages that are available for lease for an additional charge.

No, they are for lease only with flexible lease terms.
